Chandler Landscaper: Weekly Lawn Care & Maintenance
Mowing: From a quarter acre to twenty acres, Corona Landscape will cut your turf at a specified height to provide a beautiful, well-maintained lawn. We can customize the height of your turf for certain drought conditions, or for a specific purpose or appearance.
Trimming: Trimming is done after mowing around edging, trees, shrubs, fencing, foundations and beds. We also do tree trimming (up to 8 feet).
Edging: Edging concrete borders, curbs and walks, driveways and bed lines will be edged with a string trimmer, giving them a crisp, clean edge and a beautiful appearance.
Weeding: Planters, flower beds and granite areas will be weeded on each visit. Larger weeds will be pulled while smaller weeds will be sprayed with herbicide. There will always be some weeds in a healthy growing environment. Our goal is to control weeds without injury to plants, grass or trees.
Blowing & Debris Removal: All granite, concrete, patios, decks and driveways will be blown clean of debris on each visit. All pruning materials, grass clippings and other debris will be removed.
Granite: Granite 1/2″ in size or smaller will be raked on a regular basis to maintain a fresh, clean appearance.
Chandler Landscaper: Lawn Seeding & Fertilization
Lawn seeding and fertilization helps to renovate bare or weak lawns, without total reconstruction of a new lawn. This provides a very economical way to revitalize an existing lawn. The best time to do this is in the spring or early fall. Applied as needed and billed to you. No more than 4 times per year.
Chandler Landscaper: Irrigation Adjustment & Repair
Irrigation adjustment is includes inspection, timer programming and adjustments to deliver the proper amount of water to trees, shrubs and turf based on the season. Irrigation system repair is available for an additional fee. Sprinklers and drip emitters will be replaced as needed and billed to you. If larger repairs are needed they will be discussed with you before we proceed.
Chandler Landscaper: Seasonal Cleanup
Spring Clean Up: Our spring cleanup services include cleaning all beds to remove leaves and debris from winter, dead foliage and leaves, cleaning eaves, fertilizing, and granite refresh.
Fall Clean Up: Our fall cleanup services include cleaning all beds to remove leaves and debris from summer/fall, blowing all turf areas, cutting and raking dead foliage from plant beds, and granite refresh.
Chandler Landscaper: Landscape Installation
We provide landscape installation services that include turf, rocks, trees, shrubs, plants, irrigation (sprinklers and drip systems), pavers, low voltage lighting and more. Just ask us!
